Hi,

My name is Patricia. I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition coach.

I help men and women of all ages build new healthy habits so they can live their personal best life. I believe the best way to live a happy, healthy, energetic life is by having a strong foundation around fitness and nutrition.

Although I have always tried living a healthy lifestyle, my behaviours have not always been aligned with the results I wanted to see. I struggled to take care of my health and body in the past. I took control of my health and I want to help as many people as possible do the same. I’m passionate about insuring people like you reach peak physical shape that you never thought possible.

When I’m not coaching you can find me hiking, biking, snowboarding, walking my pup, and travelling.
