The Personal Best Fitness Studio

PB Studio

We are a small scale, safe and friendly home fitness studio gym. Getting you results while keeping you safe is our number one priority. Class sizes vary from 1-on-1 to small groups of 4 people. Each class runs for 50 minutes including, exercise demo’s, warmup, full body hybrid workout, cool down/stretch and extra time for sanitization. You choose if you would like to work out 3 days per week or 5 days per week.

Online group fitness classes

Go online with me from the comforts of your own home. All that is required is a device to load Zoom, a small space to move, some kind of hand weights (dumbbells or filled water bottles), a water bottle, and optional sweat towel and mat.

Nutrition Coaching

I am a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. Instead of putting you on a strict diet that gets you fast but short lived results, I coach you through strategies that give you long lasting health benefits. Every body is different. For this reason I offer a selection of nutrition coaching options that best suites each individual member.
